Our goal has never been only to manufacture tiles but to create partnerships that help businesses grow confidently in competitive markets. Our Journey
The story of QSEC began in 2014 when two visionary brothers, Mr. Ashok and Mr. Chirag, founded ACBEX Global Pvt. Ltd. with a clear ambition to showcase the excellence of Indian ceramic and porcelain products on the global stage.
Like every successful journey, ours started with a single market and a simple goal: earning customer trust through quality, reliability, and exceptional service. The Middle East became our first destination, where we gained valuable insights into international customer expectations and built the foundation of long-term business relationships.
As our experience and confidence grew, so did our ambitions. We strongly believed that Indian ceramic and porcelain products could compete with the finest brands in the world.
In 2015, while exploring opportunities in Europe, our founders met with the director of a tile importing company. During the discussion, he made a statement that would forever shape our future:
“Europe already has Spain and Italy. I don’t see much room for Indian tiles here.”
What may have seemed like a casual opinion became a powerful motivation.
Rather than accepting this perception, Mr. Ashok and Mr. Chirag turned it into a mission to build a company that would redefine global expectations of Indian ceramic products through uncompromising quality, customer-first values, and dependable service.
That mission became QSEC – Quality Secured.
Today, QSEC stands as a globally trusted ceramic and porcelain brand, serving customers across 55+ countries while continuing to build long-term partnerships based on trust, innovation, and consistent quality.
Milestones That Made QSEC
Established ACBEX Global Pvt. Ltd. Introduced the QSEC brand. Began the journey with a customer-first philosophy. Focused on delivering quality ceramic and porcelain solutions to international markets.
Partnered with 2 co-manufacturing units. Expanded team strength to 8 professionals. Successfully entered and expanded within Middle Eastern markets. Strengthened international customer relationships through quality and service. Taking Quality Secured to Europe.
Increased manufacturing partnerships to 5 co-manufacturing units. Successfully expanded into European markets. Established the corporate office in Rajkot, India. Grew the team to 14 professionals. Strengthened QSEC’s international presence and operational capabilities.
Formalized and strengthened the QSEC corporate structure. Expanded manufacturing network to 15 co-manufacturing units. Increased team strength to 21 professionals. Enhanced organizational systems to support global growth.
Expanded beyond ceramic and porcelain tiles. Launched Madeleine Floors, entering the SPC flooring segment. Diversified the product portfolio to serve broader market demands. Strengthened QSEC’s position as a comprehensive surface solutions provider.
Successfully expanded across Europe and North America. Increased manufacturing network to 25 co-manufacturing units. Established specialized departments for complete end-to-end service. Enhanced capabilities in quality control, logistics, packaging, and customer support. Earned recognition among the Top 5 Indian Tile Exporters by Revenue.
Expanded to 35 co-manufacturing units. Built a team of 100+ professionals. Maintained its position among the Top 5 Indian Tile Exporters by Revenue. Diversified the product portfolio with Tile Adhesives. Strengthened global supply capabilities and customer support infrastructure.
